How jobs reach you, and what can change on your account

Manuroute is run by Antonio Sasso, Via Giuseppe di Vittorio 171/B, 71043 Manfredonia (FG), Italia, VAT number IT04607290717. This page says what automated systems do here, what a person decides, and whom to ask.

Automated systems do four jobs here

They choose who gets an offer, work out the price of a job and score finished jobs. On an order under €50.00, an automatic rule also closes a dispute when nobody agrees on the proposal, and that does not touch your record. Orders in another currency have their own limit, listed in the dispute policy. The sections below say what they use and what they decide.

A machine gets an offer when it fits the job

  • A machine can get an offer only if it fits the job: machine class, build volume, nozzle, loaded material, print temperature, enclosure, multi-material system, shipping destination and free capacity. The price must also sit within your order limit, and within the limit for private sellers if you sell as a private person. An order that needs an invoice goes only to sellers who sell as a business.
  • Among the machines that fit, reliability counts most, then price, then delivery time, then shipping cost and current load.
  • An order from a customer you brought to Manuroute is offered to you first, when your machines can print it.
  • A producer with more than 40% of the orders delivered to one country in the last 30 days scores lower, when at least 3 other producers there can take the order.
  • Producers whose score is within 0.05 of the best one take turns: whoever had an offer longest ago goes first.
  • A producer in the farm tier scores lower on a small one-plate order and goes first, among close scores, on orders with several copies, several plates or a deadline.
  • When you have more than one machine that fits, a machine below 90% reliability after 5 finished jobs gets no offer.

You set your price, starting from a suggested one

  • Manuroute suggests a price from its rates. You move it between -30% and +100%, and you set your handling days.
  • You keep 80% of your price. That price is what the customer pays for your work, with any VAT you charge already inside it.
  • Every offer shows your price and your payout before you answer. An order that moves on from another producer keeps the price the customer already accepted, and you can decline it.

Finished jobs set your reliability score

  • Each finished job scores on whether it was completed, whether it shipped more than 3 days after the promised date, declared failures and disputes lost. Jobs from the last 90 days count double.
  • Your score and your completed jobs set your level. Your level sets your order limit, how long a payout waits and whether you can use automatic acceptance. A verified business with a trader declaration and a verified machine has a higher order limit from its first day.

These choices stay yours

  • You can decline any offer or let it expire. Neither lowers your reliability score or your level. An offer not answered within 2 hours counts only against the response target of the farm tier, if you hold it.
  • There is no minimum number of jobs and there are no set hours. You can take a machine offline whenever you want.
  • You can sell elsewhere and on other platforms, and you decide who works with you. The one limit is section 9.1 of the Terms, on customers you met through Manuroute.

A person decides what limits your account

A person at Manuroute decides any drop in your level, the end of your farm tier, a suspension of your account, and taking a machine offline when a photo is overdue. A person also looks at your test print. The change waits for that person's decision, and you get the reasons in writing on the day it takes effect.

These happen on their own, with no person deciding

  • A card chargeback on a job holds that job's payout until it closes.
  • A company's payouts wait while its tax details are incomplete, and restart once they are filled in.
  • A payout account switched off by the payment provider stops paid offers until it works again.
  • After 180 days with no accepted offer, your machines go offline. One click puts them back.
  • Once the network is large enough, each country admits a limited number of producers, set from the demand there. A producer verified above that limit waits with their machines offline until a place opens.
  • An order for one machine type can reach a similar type. One failed job on such a pair stops those offers until a person reopens the pair.

You can ask why, and you get an answer in writing

  • Write to Antonio Sasso at hello@manuroute.com.
  • If an automated system took or helped take a decision that affects you, you get a written explanation within 15 days.
  • If you ask for a review of a decision, you get a reasoned written answer within 14 days. If the decision was wrong, that answer corrects it. Reply to the message with the reasons, or use the Decisions page.

You can take your job history and scores with you

You can download your job history and scores from your account page as a file, free. Job chat messages play no part in offers or scores.
